PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check, money order is accepted.  Your card is not charged until the order ships.

For check or money order, payment should be mailed to:  White Oak Armament, PO Box 74, Carlock, IL  61725. If paying by check or money order your order will not be shipped until payment is received. 

We charge for shipping based on a flat rate listed below and reserve the right to adjust the shipping price and charge accordingly.  We ship via US Postal Service and UPS.  When your order ships you will receive a shipping notice and tracking number via email.  USPS notices will come from Stamps.com. For UPS shipments you will receive a tracking number directly from UPS. 

We do not ship outside the US.

SHIPPING RATES:

Orders up to $24.99: $5.00  

Orders from $25 - $149: $10.00

Orders from $150- $249: $15.00

Orders from $250 - $499: $20.00

Orders from $500 - $1499: $28.00

Orders $1500 & more: $40.00 or actual charges if more than $40.

(Orders to HI, AK, GU, and PR ship US Postal Service Priority Mail and will be charged accordingly.)

If you would like a specific shipping method or expedited shipping please put a note in the comments box at checkout, we will do our best to accommodate your request. There may be an additional charge for these services, if so you will be notified.

*All promotions and special offers are subject to limitations and may be cancelled at any time.  Free or discounted shipping offers do not apply to bulk or excessively heavy orders. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All cancellations may be subject to a 15% processing/restocking fee.

Any special request orders which are canceled are subject to $25 cancelation fee.  If work has already begun or parts have been ordered you will be responsible for the entire cost.
