Lead time on backordered barrels and uppers typically runs 4-6 weeks (sometimes longer).  When you place an order you will receive an email the next business with an estimated lead time. This is our best estimate at that time and is not a promise. If you order an in-stock item which requires additional work prior to shipping (ie fluting, bead blasting, dimpling, assembly) there will be a delay before your order ships to allow us time to perform the service requested. We do our best, but due to quickly changing inventory levels the In-Stock/Backorder status may not always be correct.

HOW DOES RECENT LEGISLATION AFFECT WHITE OAK

Due to legislative changes at the Federal and State level we may limit which products may be shipped to certain states. Currently Illinois and Washington State have restrictive bans in place. Only post-ban (non-threaded) uppers will be shipped to Illinois. Flash hiders, pistol grips, magazines and other restricted items will not be shipped to Illinois residents.  

It is ultimately your responsibility to make sure you are compliant with local laws.
