Shipping Methods
Your order will always be carefully packaged and shipped to you with care.
We ship via US Postal Service and UPS. At the time we process your order we will determine the best method. When your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. USPS notices will come from Stamps.com. For UPS shipments you will receive a tracking number directly from UPS.
We do not ship outside the US. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any freight forwarding services.
Shipping Rates
You will be charged a flat rate shipping charge based on the order total. Some items such as weights will have a small surcharge added when we ship your order. Those charges are noted in the item description.
Orders up to $24.99: $5.00
Orders from $25 - $149: $10.00
Orders from $150 - $249: $15.00
Orders from $250 - $499: $20.00
Orders from $500 - $1499: $35.00
Orders $1500 - $2499: $42.00
Orders $2500 and up - $65.00 or more if actual charges are higher
(Orders to HI, AK, GU, and PR ship US Postal Service Priority Mail and will be charged accordingly.)

Free Shipping promotions may be limited at the discretion of White Oak Armament, due to excessive weight, bulk order or high value.
Free shipping may not be combined with special offers.
Returns
If you are having issues with any item purchased from White Oak Arms please do not hesitate to contact us.
We take returns on new, never used items for 30 days and your purchase price will be refunded. A 15% restocking fee may be charged.
Cancellations
Orders for stock items may be cancelled with no penalty prior to shipping. If your order has already shipped, you will be credited the cost of the item, but not the shipping charges which we have already incurred.
Any special request orders which are canceled are subject to $25 cancelation fee. If work has already begun or parts have been ordered you will be responsible for the entire cost.

White Oak Arms, Inc. intends that the products shipped are for domestic distribution, resale, and use only. Export by any party is expressly restricted by ITAR and the U.S. State Department and Department of Commerce.
