The Ford Cobra Roadster is often referred to as the most replicated cars in the world! With a strong pedigree with Carroll Shelby's performance touches, shapely body lines, and tons of American power on reserve, these sports cars fill the dreams of many car enthusiasts as the one they aspire to be behind the wheel of someday!!
With this same genuine passion in mind, Superformance went to work creating an exact replica to meet the expectations of Carrol Shelby himself. Their Mark III edition Cobra was introduced with perfect aesthetic appeal as well as original factory dimensions to immediately become endorsed and the only officially licensed Cobra replica by Carroll Shelby Licensing Inc. They are considered to be the best available! These factory produced chassis' and hand-laminated fiberglass bodies are built professionally with only the best of quality materials! Features include a TIG welded ladder chassis with chrome roll bar welded to the frame, fully independent4-wheel suspension, power 4-wheel Wilwood ventilated disc brakes, adjustable coil-over shocks, reinforced fiberglass shell with2-stage urethane paint application process for ultra smooth finish, correct Smiths gauges with reverse 180 mph speedometer, correct style pedals and shift handle, and 15" Halibrand style knock-off wheels just to name a few!

We are very pleased to offer a wonderfully crafted and ready to enjoy 1965 Superformance Mark III Cobra specially finished in classic Royal Blue Metallic with White Lemans stripes and Black Leather appointed interior! This Cobra example is further accented with aluminum rivets on the hood scoop and hood surround! Power comes from a completely balanced Ford 351 Windsor 4-bolt main V8block stroked to 402ci and produces 515 horsepower at 6000rpm, and500 ft lbs of torque at 4700 rpm. It is mated to a Tremec 5-speedmanual transmission and a limited-slip 3.45 ZF rear differential! Special performance enhancements include AFR aluminum heads, hydraulic lifters, forged aluminum pistons, Roush high performance roller cam and rockers, MSD ignition, Holley Street Avenger 750cfmperformance double pumper carburetor with electric choke, splash pan, single plane Edelbrock aluminum intake, ceramic-coated headers and side exhaust pipes, high volume 8-quart oil pan, in-line oil filter and auxiliary cooler, dual thermostatically controlled electric cooling fans, and high performance single core aluminum radiator with high volume aluminum water pump.
