National Travel and Tourism Week will be celebrated May 3rd-7th, 2021 with the theme “The Power of Travel.” In spite of the pandemic, our industry in Wyoming rallied over the past year to keep our communities and state connected. While we know that the economy took a hit, especially in our industry, Wyoming did well all things considered. Research & Analytics manager with the Wyoming Office of Tourism, Jennifer Griswold, will share the most recent Economic Impact report for Wyoming, along with discussing current and future travel trends. Jim Wollenburg, Global Partnerships Sr. Manager will also be joining to discuss how the CARES funding was utilized throughout the state. Amy Larsen, Industry Relations Manager, will also provide a quick overview of the NTTW toolkit along with highlights for the week.
