2nd Annual Dare to Care Family Fair in support of the Brockville and Area Foodbank
The Dare To Care Family Fair is being held at Hardy Park on July 15 from 10am to 3pm in support of the Brockville and Area Foodbank. This is our second annual Fair and we are hoping for a great turn out and wonderful weather. As you know the number of people visiting the foodbank continues to grow and exceed all other times in our history. This fair is geared towards inclusion of every member of our community, where almost all things are completely by donation or “what you can afford”. Every dollar helps, if you can afford $2 we will put it to great use! If you can bring in a can of food or a box of pasta, GREAT!! We will fill our RV with it. Our hope is to raise enough funds and food to get us through to the fall when we have our Harvest Gala, So we ask our wonderful community to come out with your family, friends and neighbors and give what you can. We need your help Brockville and surrounding Area!!
Mark Neuman Desjardins Insurance Agency will have button making, free colouring books outdoor fun and games all day from 10am-3pm. This is their second year being our primary sponsor and we can’t thank them enough for supporting the Foodbank and all the not for profit groups within our community.
Homelife DLK – Kathy and Jason MacDonald have sponsored a Magician – The Great Arjunia! Who will be performing at 11am-12pm
Harvey’s is donating hot dogs/buns/condiments and people can (by donation) have a dog with a dog because Saint John Ambulance – Dog therapy will be there from 11am-3pm
Rock Island Camp Ground have sponsored Little Ray’s Reptiles and will have a show from 1pm-2pm
Big Brothers Big Sisters will be bringing their bouncy castle and slushie machine sponsored by Welburn Service Center 10am-3pm
Bell has sponsored our live music – Lyric Rogers for the day 10am-3pm
Chelsie Marsh from ReMax has sponsored the Community Colouring board that will be up form10am-3pm
Freedom RV will have a Cooling station RV on site and a FILL THE RV with food!! 10am-3pm

Welburn Service Centre is sponsoring the Big Brothers Big Sister Slushie (by donation) and bouncy castle venue all day from 10am – 3pm
