Join us for the 2022 Brockville Tourism Summit on November 29th at the Lighthouse Theatre inside the Aquatarium at Tall Ships Landing.

Doors open at 9:30am for networking over coffee and muffins.

Summit begins at 10:00 a.m. sharp.

The 2022 tourism team will give a rundown of the year's happenings and successes. There will be special guest speakers from the RTO9, Thousand Islands International Tourism Council, Frontenac Arch Biosphere, 2022 Event planners and more!

Plus, a special workshop given by OTEC (Ontario Tourism Education Corporation) after lunch.

Meet our keynote speakers:

Bonnie Ruddock, Executive Director, RTO9/Southeastern Ontario

Bonnie has been with the RTO9 since the inception of the Regional Tourism Organization in 2011. Bonnie was appointed to Executive Director in 2017 after 6 years as Operations Manager for RTO9. With a background in finance and a passion for the tourism industry, Bonnie is a true leader. In 2020 Bonnie completed her MBA in Community Economic Development. Prior to her career with RTO9, Bonnie was Executive Director for the 1000 Islands Gananoque Chamber of Commerce where she was instrumental in growing membership and launching the official Bi-lingual Visitor Guide for her destination.

Corey Fram, Director of Tourism, 1000 Islands International Tourism Council

Corey has spent 10 years organizing international leisure marketing campaigns before taking over as director in 2018. He is an appointed advisor to the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River Adaptive Management Committee reviewing regulation of water levels on the lake and river for the International Joint Commission as well as an advisor to the proposed Lake Ontario National Marine Sanctuary. He is an executive committee member of the New York State Tourism Industry Association Board of Directors as well as a board member with Destination Marketing Organizations of New York State. He is a native of Alexandria, New York, and a resident of Theresa.

Noelle Piche, Tourism Experiences Manager, Frontenac Arch Biosphere

With 18 years experience in the local Tourism Industry, Noelle has gained expert status on the Thousand Islands Region and the beautiful land that surrounds it. With a passion for sharing this region with the rest of Ontario, Canada, and beyond; she has recently taken on the role as Tourism Experiences Manager for the Frontenac Arch Biosphere, a 2700 sq km region that spans from Brockville to Gananoque and North to Westport."
